Confidentiality – We ask that you hold in confidence our clients’ searches and all inside information you receive about their operation.

Meet Our Officers
Don Cunningham, CPC, President recruits nationally in all areas of banking – commercial lending, credit/debit card, marketing, mortgage banking, retail banking, and credit administration. He has recruited for companies with assets ranging from $150 million to $900 billion.
Prior to forming BancSearch, Inc. Don was Retail Division Manager and Marketing Director for the Bank of Oklahoma.
Don attended Drury University in Springfield, MO where he studied economics and accounting. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). This certification requires a minimum of two years experience in the industry and the successful completion of a three-hour exam on employment law and ethical practices. Once the certification is obtained, there is a continuing education requirement 17 hours or 1.7 units of continuing education credit every year.
Don is active in the Tulsa Community. In the past he has served as Chairman of the Tulsa Chapter of the American Heart Association, President of the Credit and Financial Management Association, and has also served on the board of the Retail Merchant Association.
Previous State President of the Oklahoma Association of Personnel Consultants, Don is still active in the Oklahoma Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Personnel Services.

Maggie Cunningham, CPC, Managing Director joined BancSearch in 1993 as a trust and investment recruiter. She recruits nationally in all areas of wealth management. During the last 19 years, she has expanded her practice to include bank and compliance positions. She recruits nationally for companies ranging in size from individual proprietorships to large national organizations.
Maggie received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. She is also a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). This certification requires a minimum of two years experience in the executive search industry and the successful completion of a three-hour exam on employment law and ethical practices. Once the certification is obtained, there is a continuing education requirement of 17 credit hours every year.
Prior to joining BancSearch, Maggie worked for Seabury & Smith, a Marsh McLennan Company as an accountant and premium administrator.
Maggie is active in the Tulsa Community, currently serving as an alternate on her church board. In the past she has held several officer positions for the Tulsa Chapter of the Oklahoma Association of Personnel Consultants, raised money for the Northeastern Oklahoma Affiliate of Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization, volunteered at Tulsa Senior Services, and has also served on the Silent Auction Committee of MacDazzle, the annual fundraiser for the Tulsa Ronald McDonald house.
Currently, she is a member of the National Association of Personal Services and a member of Toastmasters International. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, reading, and sailing.
