This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a rapidly growing trust company. Our client is affiliated with one of the county’s top-rated CPA and Advisory Firms. The trust company has grown exponentially in the last three years and needs someone to take the reins to guide them to greater growth.
If you understand developing a pipeline and selling to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth Centers of Influence, look no further. This is a growth position, and success will lead to membership in the management team. If you have a strong network, you can live anywhere in the Southeast.
As a Trust Business Development Director, you will:
• Work with centers of influence, i.e., independent investment advisors, family offices, and estate planning firms, to develop new trust assets under administration.
• Build relationships with the affiliated CPA firm to gain referrals.
• Participate in industry conferences and organizations and seek leadership involvement in such organizations.
• Lead marketing events and company seminars.
Qualifications:
As a Trust Business Development Director, your experience will include the following:
• Ten-plus years’ of successful experience selling financial products to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Building rapport and developing a network with external Centers of Influence.
• Working in partnership with team members.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced degree and or certification a plus.
