As a member of this outstanding team, you will grow the business by working with internal financial advisors, trust officers, lenders, and external plan sponsors. They offer a base plus a very lucrative uncapped incentive compensation plan.

As Retirement Plan Advisor, you will:
• Call on plan sponsors to bring in new accounts.
• Network with internal referral sources
• Maintain relationships with existing clients

As Retirement Plan Advisor, you will have the following:
• In-depth knowledge of defined benefit plans
• Successful experience selling to plan sponsors
• Successful experience building relationships with internal referral sources
• Bachelor’s degree
• Have or be willing to obtain FINRA Series 7
