Private Bank Manager, Rogers, AR

As Private Bank Manager, you will bring together your leadership skills and your love of community. Our client, a top-performing bank, seeks someone to lead their private banking team and be their face in the community. You will be located in Northwest Arkansas, one of the country’s fastest-growing areas. The area offers fine dining, entertainment, and outdoor sports. With a population of 285,000, Benton County is home to three Fortune 500 companies.

As Private Bank Manager, you will:
• Lead the private bank team, communicate and instill the vision of the private bank to the bankers.
• Be the face of the private bank in the community.
• Build relationships with the President and Sr. Management to generate referral business.
• Guide the private bank team in generating new business from internal and external sources.
• Guide the private bank team in cross-selling bank products

As Private Bank Manager, you will have the following qualifications:
• An exceptional leader who commands a presence in business and social situations
• Experience building community and internal relationships
• Experience leading a team to achieve goals
• A leader with private bank experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Confident before high net worth individuals, boards, and centers of influence.
• Able to communicate and instill the vision for the department to employees.
• Bachelors degree required, MBA a plus but not required
• CFP or CWS is a plus; not required
• Series 7 and 66 is a plus; not required
